AAC has been organizing the Amsterdam Heineken International Rugby Sevens at their own grounds since 1972. This tournament belongs among the established tournaments in Scotland, Hong Kong, England and Australia to the top of Sevens Tournaments in the world. Many international Rugby internationals from all over the world will entertain in a spectacular fashion thousands of rugby enthousiasts.

Sevens Rugby is rugby at its finest. In contrast to the normal 15-a-side game there are only seven players on the pitch. Hence the name Sevens.
