Southwold RFC Beach Tag Sevens Itinerary

FRIDAY – Disco / Karaoke 

SATURDAY – Disco / Live Band – a beach sevens first for - The Floating Greyhounds !!! PLUS

FANCY DRESS NIGHT – this year's theme is Hello Sailor !!! Make of that what you will !

• Friday 28th July. Arrive at Broadside 4.00pm onwards.
• From 6.30pm onwards barbecue. Licensed bar.
• Disco and karaoke from 7.30pm in marquee.

• Saturday 29th July. Breakfast from 8.00am.
• Teams taken by minibus to beach from 9.30am.
• Rugby throughout the day until 4.30pm approximately.
• Minibuses take teams back to campsite via Southwold RFC for showers.
• 6.30 onwards disco and live music in marquee - this years theme is Hello Sailor - Time to wear the old Sailors SUite, Ship wrecked gear, "Mr Wilson" , Pirates, etc

• Sunday 30th July. Teams leave campsite by noon.

We provide:

• Campsite
• Free minibuses
• WCs on campsite
• Catering, drinks available on campsite and beach during the day and evenings.
• Licensed bar

You will need to bring:

• Team kit (shirts, trainers advised).
• Tents and sleeping bags
• Washing gear
• Wet weather gear - just in case!!
What do we do to enter?

• The cost for the weekend is £17 per person ( both players and spectators ).
• A non-refundable deposit of £50 must be paid by the end of June. Numbers are restricted so entry is on a first come first serve basis.
• Payment may be made by sending a cheque made payable to `Southwold RFC` c/o O.A.Chapman & Son, 15 Regent Road, Lowestoft, NR32 1PA. Alternatively you may call 01502 530505 and pay by credit card over the phone. Please let the person know that it is in connection with this event.
