This site is an independent unofficial fan/rugby club site for anything to do with the fun side of rugby and supporting the awarness of clubs and companies within the industry.

Some of the images and logos used on the site have been grabbed from various websites, magazines and other places that I can find, plus alot of the stuff has been sent in by fans of the site with no reference of where it came from.

If you own any of the images, logo's etc, then please contact me and i'll give you full credit for the work! If you are still not happy then I will remove them if you wish, but as this is a not for profit site* I would appreciate it if you would let me use the odd image here and there.

When you visited this site you agreed to indemnify BeerandRugby.com and anyone connected with BeerandRugby.com from any legal action by yourselves or any other company under your instruction. You also agree that if you communicate any information whatsoever to any party whatsoever that intends or may intend to take legal action against us, you will be liable for all damages resulting there from.

Basically if BeerandRugby.com or any persons or organisation gets into legal difficulty at all, we will not be responsible for the site or any of its contents.

In other words please don't sue me because if you do I wont have anything to give.

There's no point anyway, because if you really don't want us to use any of your stuff, then just tell us and we'll remove it, cant say fairer than that!

Privacy Policy

On this website we occasionally ask you to submit your information and details to us for the purposes of marketing or mailing lists or whatever.

We promise that we will only send you information that you have asked for and we will not pass any of your details over to another third party company or organisation without your your permission. At present, any information gathered on route throughout the site is used in order for us to email you with updates about the site, and for the purposes of information about the travel packages on offer.

The only time we will forward your information on to another party will be if you submit one of the forms on the site asking for further information about our travel packages, which we will forward on to a respectable and reputable organisation as requested by you.

If you would like to be removed from any of our mailing lists at all for any reason and at any time, then please do not hesistate to contact us and we'll remove your info from our lists.



*When I say that this site is not for profit, I mean that I am not making any money off the site. All money goes back into funding the site and our club tours.
