The Great Festivals

The Great Festivals are a 'touring' touch rugby event that brings people together to enjoy the game and have a great time. Whether you're a British Lion or have never played the game before, this is about sharing a festival experience with like-minded, rugby loving people where rivalries on the pitch are put to one side as soon as the referee has blown for full-time!
Each festival is made up of seven competitions, all of which require a minimum of TWO women to be on the pitch at any one time. Any player can compete in any of the competitions they qualify for, no player is able to compete in more than one team in any one competition...
OPEN - the toughest event, open to any players including
British Lions, if you're up for taking on the best, this is the one for you.
WOMENS - take a guess
VETERANS - open to all aged 38 years and older
NOVICE - for those who just want to enjoy the game and not take it too seriously, so champion attitudes rather than champion performances
FANCY DRESS - Nuns on the run, gladiators, smurfs, the choice is yours!
COLTS - Under 19’s
FAMILY - A maximum of three surnames within the squad, two over 40's must be on the pitch at any one time
